Hudson’s Bay Company, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Turtle Island Recycling recognized by Ontario Ministry of the Environment for environmental leadership in waste-reduction practices

Turtle Island Recycling worked with HBC and Ivanhoe Cambridge to create Canada’s first zero waste program in a multi-tenant office building. Turtle Island Recycling expanded the scope of the recycling program to include additional items generated at the facility and also provided extensive education for tenants and staff.

Waste to Energy: Turtle Island Recycling partnering to create clean products and fuel from waste

Turtle Island Recycling is proud to announce its partnership with G4G Resources Ltd and their subsidiary Alternative Fuels Corporation.  Turtle Island will be providing AFC with recycling residuals, i.e. the plastic and paper materials that we are unable to recycle through traditional means, to be converted into fuels, such as clean diesel.
