At Turtle Island Recycling, the Environmental Department held four separate contests over the month of April testing our employees’ knowledge of recycling and other environmental issues, while finding out a little bit more about their own commitment to the environment.  Environmentally conscious prizes were distributed through a random draw of all participating staff members.  Prizes included a stainless steel water bottle, tote bags, organic or eco-friendly products for the home, an organic sprout growing kit and reusable bamboo utensils. We would like to congratulate our Earth Month Contest winners: Tamara Tang, Hong Pan, Stephanie McIntosh and Patricia Manning.  Next year, we hope for an even more participation from Turtle Island Recycling staff at all of our locations!
