Dear Valued Customer:
As I’m sure you know, in recent months fuel costs have hit all time highs. As a result, we have tried very hard to reduce our consumption of fuel to keep from passing this cost on to our customers. Turtle Island Recycling Co. is the only waste and recycling service provider in the GTA to have never implemented a fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge is a floating market based figure which will fluctuate monthly and is based on MJ Ervin Advisor’s weekly fuel index for diesel. This index can be found at www.mjervin.com.
We believe our rate chart reflects one of the lowest in the industry and we stay committed to keeping these costs to you as low as possible. Our rate chart which can be found at www.turtleislandrecycling.com is used to determine your monthly percentage.
